Refund Policy

Heritage Passport is a digital platform built and operated by CitizensOS Inc. This policy applies to Heritage Passport purchases, including Pioneer activation and the optional Fast Start Plan.

Purchases are final

All purchases are final: no refunds, credits, prorations, or adjustments.

The free eligibility test is available before purchase so you can understand whether a supported citizenship-by-descent route may fit your family line before paying for Pioneer.

The Family Activation Window is not a trial

The 14-Day Family Activation Window begins when the Family Lead activates Pioneer. It lets invited relatives enter the Family Room free and review their own place in the shared family case.

The window is not a trial, a cancellation period, or a refund window. Each invited adult may choose whether to activate Pioneer for their own case. The Family Lead may close the window early and proceed alone. Otherwise, the roster locks on day fourteen; unpaid guests lose login access while their tree nodes remain.

Fast Start Plan

The Fast Start Plan is an optional one-time purchase for an individual or family. It is included at no additional charge when the required number of family members activate Pioneer together. A Fast Start purchase made before the family reaches that threshold does not later produce a refund, credit, proration, or adjustment.

Billing errors

If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, contact support@citizensos.ai. Reporting a billing error is not a request to cancel a valid purchase and does not create a refund right.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable consumer right that applicable law requires.
