Birth, death, and marriage certificates cost what the issuing authority charges. We order them for you at cost. Your Shared Record Plan shows every certificate, what it costs, and who's paying for it, before anything is ordered.
If a company tells you a citizenship application has no government fee, check again.

The Fast Start Plan ends at Day 30. The dashboard does not. It persists for the life of your case.
Four costs less than three.
The fourth member pays $100 and removes a $250 charge for everyone. That's the whole mechanic — there's no fine print under it.
A Fast Start purchase already made stands — a later joiner never triggers a credit or refund.
Yes. $100 once per person is our entire fee — no tiers, no add-ons, no subscription. Two costs are never ours: government application fees and what records authorities charge. Both are disclosed before you commit, at cost, never marked up.

Whatever the issuing authority charges — no more. We order at cost, and your Shared Record Plan shows every certificate, what it costs, and who's paying for it, before anything is ordered.
A relative can join any time for $100. Families of four or more paid members get the Fast Start Plan — a $250 value — free. A Fast Start purchase already made stands; a later joiner doesn't trigger a credit or refund.

No. $100 is one-time and covers the life of your case. The Family Progress Dashboard stays after the Fast Start Plan's 30 days end. Nothing renews, and nothing expires into a paywall.
No. A four-generation line and a one-generation line are the same $100. A harder case can mean more government and records fees — never a higher fee from us.
Check first, free — that's the order the product works in. The eligibility check is built to tell you where your line stands before you pay anything. We'd rather tell you no for free.
