Birth, death, and marriage certificates cost what the issuing authority charges. We order them for you at cost. Your Shared Record Plan shows every certificate, what it costs, and who's paying for it, before anything is ordered.

Is $100 really the whole price?
Yes. $100 once per person is our entire fee — no tiers, no add-ons, no subscription. Two costs are never ours: government application fees and what records authorities charge. Both are disclosed before you commit, at cost, never marked up.
What do I actually pay the government?
Each program sets its own government fee, paid directly to that government — for example Canada CA$75 per person · Ireland €278 per adult (€153 per minor) · Italy €600 per adult · Mexico Free. It never passes through us, and we never mark it up.
What do records cost?
Whatever the issuing authority charges — no more. We order at cost, and your Shared Record Plan shows every certificate, what it costs, and who's paying for it, before anything is ordered.
What if my family grows after we start?
A relative can join any time for $100. Families of four or more paid members get the Fast Start Plan — a $250 value — free. A Fast Start purchase already made stands; a later joiner doesn't trigger a credit or refund.
Can I get a refund?
No. All purchases are final: no refunds, credits, prorations, or adjustments. The 14-Day Family Activation Window organizes a family roster; it is not a trial and it is not a refund window.
Is there a subscription?
No. $100 is one-time and covers the life of your case. The Family Progress Dashboard stays after the Fast Start Plan's 30 days end. Nothing renews, and nothing expires into a paywall.
Do I pay more for a harder case?
No. A four-generation line and a one-generation line are the same $100. A harder case can mean more government and records fees — never a higher fee from us.
What if I don't qualify?
Check first, free — that's the order the product works in. The eligibility check is built to tell you where your line stands before you pay anything. We'd rather tell you no for free.
