Can I ask questions between milestones?
Yes. Send questions through your family lead. Your advisor responds within 72 hours.
Does this include regular private calls?
The plan includes a human onboarding call and reviews at key milestones. Questions between milestones are answered in writing.
What if a sibling has different documents?
Each adult has their own application and membership. Your advisor can answer questions on a sibling’s case when that sibling is a member too.
Does Advisor guarantee citizenship approval?
No. Governments and courts decide applications on their own timelines. Heritage Advisor helps you prepare; it isn’t legal advice or representation.
